ABOUT RESPIRE
The natural and sustainable cosmetics industry has been rapidly growing, with many new brands emerging, each emphasizing ethical values, sustainability, and transparency. Respire, a French brand specializing in natural hygiene products, has quickly gained recognition in this competitive market thanks to its authentic communication and strong social media presence.
As part of a university project, we conducted an in-depth study of Respire’s digital strategy and brand positioning to assess its strengths, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. The objective of this study was to develop a content strategy and communication plan to support the launch of a new product while enhancing the brand’s visibility and engagement with its target audience.
To achieve this, we conducted a comprehensive market and competitor analysis, defined the brand’s personas, evaluated its organic content strategy, and proposed a new editorial direction along with a content calendar.
